Job Title: Clinic Manager (Advanced Clinical & Operational Lead)
Reporting To: Founder / Director
Primary Goals / Purpose of Role
To lead the clinic operationally and clinically, ensuring exceptional standards, profitability, and team performance. The Clinic Manager operates as both a senior practitioner and business leader, maintaining the Tej & Co brand’s reputation while driving growth, innovation, and client satisfaction.
Main Objectives
- Oversee all aspects of clinic operations, performance, and profitability.
- Deliver advanced treatments while supervising the team’s clinical quality.
- Lead by example through professionalism, expertise, and accountability.
- Manage team performance, recruitment, and training in collaboration with the Founder.
- Drive marketing, social media, and sales initiatives to increase turnover.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Leadership & Business Management
- Manage daily clinic operations, ensuring seamless client and team experience.
- Oversee staff scheduling, rotas, and resource allocation.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), reporting to the Founder.
- Lead team meetings and performance reviews.
- Drive profitability through cross-selling, upselling, and service optimisation.
- Maintain compliance with all clinic policies, and health and safety standards.
Marketing & Business Growth
- Collaborate with the Founder to develop and execute marketing plans.
- Oversee and contribute to social media presence, ensuring brand alignment.
- Implement local promotional initiatives and partnerships.
- Track and report on campaign performance and ROI.
Clinical & Service Leadership
- Deliver all advanced treatments within the Senior Therapist scope.
- Ensure treatment quality, safety, and client satisfaction are consistently met.
- Coach and develop therapists, promoting continuous learning.
- Handle complex client consultations and treatment escalations.
Financial & Administrative Responsibilities
- Manage stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships.
- Support financial management, including invoicing, cash handling, and reporting.
- Identify areas to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
Team Culture & Development
- Foster a positive, motivated, and accountable team culture.
- Recognise and reward performance; address underperformance promptly.
- Ensure all team members understand and uphold Tej & Co standards.
Skills, Attributes & Training
- Minimum NVQ Level 4 (Advanced Aesthetic) or equivalent.
- Proven management and leadership experience in a clinical or aesthetic environment.
- Strong commercial and financial awareness.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and strategic thinking skills.
- Confident with social media, marketing initiatives, and performance reporting.
